Her ear is coming out of her cheek.
The line widths on the bed/window are too wide, they confuse the eye because they are the same width at the panel lines, and they look to me made with a shape tool. Try not to do this.
Line down the cheek should not continue down the neck like that.
Where did her eyebrows go?
Also, those sheets/blanket could use a LOT more shading.
