Don't have a visual ref, but here's a text one:
"He had three heads with eight eyes distributed across them: his center head having the two large ones he knew, while his heads on the left and right of his body had singular large eyes just below his muzzles and two smaller ones in his foreheads. Not only that, his primary limb count had doubled: He now had four arms, a second set having grown halfway down his torso, and his legs... He shuddered as he saw what had happened down there. A second torso had grown in, one that he could align to the same direction of his body if he so wished, but stood at a disturbing angle to his upper body, as if his spine had doubled in length and been snapped in half backwards. Now that he looked at it more closely, it resembled that of a feral bassarisk's, complete with tails at the end. Checking below, he saw that he was naked down there, but still male. And the tails... He shuddered at the amount of tails he had. There was the tail hiding his defensive glands, yes, but he had grown two more back there, each having another musk gland. On the backs of his arms and front legs, however, there were smaller tails, one on each elbow. He even had tails trailing from the backs of his heads where necks would be if he were feral, one apiece and thankfully lacking any musk glands beneath."
