Robot Beast Drago was the Main monster of the week in Ep.44 of the Jeeg anime and was the 5th Beast in the episode (the other been the Shitennou Quartet, all of which were destroy by Emperor Dragon). It was the 55th Monster by order of appearance and it served as the ornament statue on the front of Emperor Dragon's warship, the Fortress Drago, before revealing itself in the 3rd act.
It had a light blue and light yellow color schemes, with a Red dragon head and tail, with yellow spikes; its feet ended in claws. It could coil around its target with great grip, spew fire and was capable of flight.
Through the episode and motivated by a nightmare, Hiroshi shows worry for his love ones' safety and well being after been the subject of attacks when he learns Fortress Dragon was on its way. He transforms into Sky Jeeg and have an aerial fight with Fortress, but the Mecha comes on top forcing the vessel to land; Dragon calls his Beast into action to join the fight – Jeeg, re-assemble in its Basic Mode, takes on the beast but is held by it. MechaDon2 shows up to help Jeeg, and the Beast is forces to release him in order to get ride of the MechaDon2, which it does.
When trying to help, Jeeg is wounded with its leg been blasted by an explosive spear; the Emperor himself now joining the battle, and despite the size difference, with the help of his sword and Beast Drago, he does a great deal of Damage to Jeeg. Though the Beast was order to deal with Big Shooter to keep it occupy when it became a nuisance.
While looking away, Jeeg uses Magnetic Rope, tangling Dragon, then throws his own sword, impaling him, though this did not killed him. As the Emperor crawl back to his ship with Jeeg behind him, the Beast stopped Jeeg just from grabbing him, allowing Ikima and Amaso to rescue the Emperor. Distracted with Jeeg, both Big Shooter and the Mecha fire Shooter Missiles and Knuckle Bombers, hitting the Beast at once, (the former ripping and arm, while the latter destroys the Monster).
Defeated once more, Emperor Dragon, wounded but alive, is forced to retreat vowing to destroy his enemy as Jeeg promises to kill him.
