First, I'm really glad I can finally understand just what the heck this character is. ^_^ Freakshows are... definitely interesting, be they colluding with you, or fodder for your undead army. Not that... uh, I'd know anything about that...
As for the picture itself, it's very well done, especially due to the shading on it... like along the side of his head from that mohawk, along his face, and then the armor on his left shoulder. Makes it look more realistic... as realistic as psychotic cyberpunks are, anyway.
