To say that I adore this would be an understatement.... This is such a fantastic work of art, it feels extravagant and rich, something I am unworthy of it is so nice ;_; I love how the style and face gives off the aura of a coat-of-arms, or an old tapestry, it's gorgeous, and incredibly unique! I also profoundly admire your use of negative space and shape, like how the tail coils in such a way beneath the sitting posture as to be a perch, yet it is not a perch, and the negative space ebbs and flows within certain portions of the image to balance the density of color and lines. It's something I cannot get over my amazement in! I also am blown away by how lovely the stripes and patterns are, there is something primal and wild about them in such a reigned in and calm pose, a great juxtaposition! And the cracked bits, like an old gargoyle emerging from concrete! It's so cool! I am beyond amazed with the outcome, and just love what you've done with the character! So utterly unique! I hope my babbling doesn't get old but I just love the heck out of your art and am going to probably going into a fit of rambling every time I get some because it gets me so darn excited ;O;
