Rhae is a female Avali specifically hailing from Starbound. Her face differs a little from her brethren, but that's nothing a little ad-hoc genetic engineering can't explain.

Rhae's pack was attacked by Occasus cultists armed with incendiary weapons, before they were driven off with the assistance of a nearby Terrene Protectorate patrol. Being the least injured of her pack, Rhae volunteered to join the Protectorate for a chance to protect her people from further attacks. Time will tell whether she is able to uphold the Protectorate's noble ideals, or fall prey to her lust for revenge against her attackers.
