What is the premis of this game? What all can you do in it?

Pokémon Ocandia - Blood on the Snow, revolves around Fat Michael, a kind, albeit surly, officer-turned-detective in western Ocandia. Fat Michael works alongside his not-quite-canine unit, Swinub, to solve minor cases. Tracking down missing cheques and ice sculpture vandals doesn't come without risks, however; the frigid metropolis is home to ordinary people and criminals alike. To uncover the truth, Fat Michael steps on the toes of some of the city's most important figureheads... as well as the mafia's.

So admittedly I'm sort of cheating with the Debug option, giving myself pokemon and such and when I go into a battle it keeps giving me an error message that pops up and prevents my pokemon from attacking...is that to prevent cheating or is that some kind of coding error? Just curious. I've played through some of the start without cheating but I ended up over leveling my pokemon and getting stuck because they wouldn't obey.

I've never encountered that error before. It's either a faulty installation, or it has something to do with your mons being overleveled. Best advice I can give you is to not go past the level cap because I haven't bothered testing it with mons above the level cap.

Okay. I had selected the option to have all the badges so they wouldn't be over levelled. I know with normal situations, over levelled mons will ignore your commands more than listen to them. I guess I'll just have to be careful.
