The Spirit of Baymouth, or Futumik, is one the only spirits in the area known to talk to mortals, and is happy to bless "enlightenment" upon any pilgrim capable of surviving the mutant bramble patch in which they live.

They have a cult dedicated to them, whose practices consist mostly of asceticism, and isolation. Many of the enlightened have long since abandoned their former lives and now make their homes in the flooded region of Erdail that surrounds Fatumik’s lair.
