Not long after Siria’s near-death experience in a cave archeological dig accident that left her having to get her arm amputated in order to save her life, she decided she did not want the love of her life to ever be without her. So she decided she would take her to the beach and it was there she proposed presenting her with a lovely engagement ribbon (which is how Chupas propose to their mates) and making a vow to Selena that she will never leave her side, especially now that they have three little Chuplets on the way.
