So apparently this animals-with-timepieces thing is a really solid idea, since the other day Comics Kingdom reprinted the Boner's Ark by ``Addison'' (Mort Walker, of Beetle Bailey and Hi and Lois, plus a bunch of lesser-known comics) where the Snake swallowed an alarm clock. Boner says the punishment will come from within: the alarm's set to go off at five.
