Lately Sylvannah has been doing more than a little dabbling in the occult after discovering that she counts as a "creature of the night" or someone who breaks the natural order of things. It has opened her up to the power inherent in the veil...the connection between the world of the living and the world of the dead. She sort of straddles the line, counting as both. This makes her akin to a litch, though she is still alive...so a witch, for now.

She doesn't usually dress up as one but Halloween provided her with an opportunity that was too good to pass up. It also allowed her to tap into some of the darker magics associated with the season to enchant something much more practical than a broom. She's still not sure how deep into witchcraft she wants to go, but so far it has proven too useful to pass up.

I'm not sure if the scan does this one justice. The halberd is super glittery. Like, it gives the whole page a bit of a sparkly sheen to it.
