Tried out my masking fluid and it works wonderfully <3
(messed up the lines later, tho xD)
also went a bit adventurous with the watercoloring.. was strange and frustrating, but kinda fun in the end.

....You see, it's hard to see this picture and not immediately say "My tail, it haz a flavor." ^ ^;; (I tried. Really. I tried.)
Though I'll have to admit. This is colorful. It's genuinely colorful. Maybe because of the pose and all that makes it seem sporty (Because you know, people bite at their tails quite often. :P ) But how this is done in watercolor and still looks the part as I can also see the brush strokes as well. Mainly in the background there as it looks like the entire paper was trying to be colored. Which is a good thing as dull white backgrounds are just... boring after all. At least this way, it looks like there's some kind of abstract landscape there.
Now, color wise....that's amazing. As it's paint and yet you still managed to get a good deal of color shading in with an INSANE amount of color. As just on the fur tone alone it looks like orange.. then brown.. then red and then dark blue for shadows. (Yes, I happened to catch all that.) Yet this is probably one of the few times in which your hair just has.. well... two colors instead of multiple. (Which I think I'm more used to. I can work with just purple and red.) But....it's a well shaded purple and red, so I won't say anything is wrong with that.
That all being said, I find that this is a rather nice picture here. I mean that~

thehe ^^
thank you for the lengthy comment!
It was a pretty different kind of a piccie I usually do, because of the media (water colours) and the amount of Colours, you know. Still fun.
I should study more and practice color theories, tho, to make my colours more harmonous. I feel right now there are too few, or too much colors in my stuff.
But anyways! thank you Light Lion ^^
