Sonic Union (AU): Tails redesign

Back in 2019, I had a bit of an idea on an alternate universe with Sonic the Hedgehog. Here I decided to give Tails a little more of a adventuring pilot type look, giving his his love of flying and machinery fits his personality, especially with the goggle and scarf which just screams fitting to Tails to me.
