M'Tok is the only member of the USS Young to see the Dominion War. His tactical genius won many battles against the Jem'Hadar. However, some battles you just can't win. He died defending the Federation.
This would have been the end of his story if not for the actions of an unknown entity. Somehow, M'Tok and his old crew on the USS Young were cloned and awoke as children in a Post-Dominion War Galaxy. They don't know who made them or why but they are ready to serve the Federation again.
