I think we must give "Kaliningrad" back to Germany because people hoard a resentments and their anger grows. Just to make relationships better. Germans will stop to want a revenge to Russia if we would give Konigsberg back to them. Even we think it's a compensation for genocide, we feel ourselves aliens on these lands because it were German during centuries, it cant become a Russian only in 70 years

You should read up more history, because it's way more complex then that and Germany doesn't really have much claim on those territories. Besides, sadly germans and russians have had sinister relations in the last century, following the treaty of Rapallo from 1922. To this day, Germany hasn't grasped the history and it's obligation towards it's eastern European partners, especially all the warnings against Russia.
