This is a request I did for a good friend of mine outside FA. We're both a fan of Pokemon and Blazblue, so some crossover shenangians are in order. One of the Blazblue characters, Hazama, wields a pair of weapons called Jasou: Ouroboros (Twin snakes: Ouroboros) Hence this.
Not to fond of the shadows on the coat, but I tired :P
