Lugia seems to be a bit embarrassed to grow so big! ;) I guess he doesn't know what caused it or when (if?) it will stop. ^^

First I concentrated on making Lugia look good, then I decided to make the background look like he's huge. The city looks a bit weird but I'm happy how he turned out looking. Spent several hours on this, sketched with a pencil and did the rest with my tablet. It is the first one I have used so much time on.
