This is mostly copy pasted from twitter but: It struck me as kind of funny that, despite how much I've written about guarians being supportive, loving beasts, I really rarely actually draw them hugging anyone

Something I've been meaning to mention for ages now too: In spite of all the fantastical and grandiose guarians that I've designed, I still feel like Reguar would be my "canonical" guarian. He's actually the guarian I think of most when I just want to hug something. You climb into bed for a quick nap, and he rumbles through the door and then flops onto the bed so thunderously that it bounces you up a bit. He's so big that he literally takes up half the bed and he doesn't even turn to face you so you just see a wall of guarian in front of you. If you start petting him, you have to keep petting him because otherwise if you stop, he does that thing where he sort of just nudges his head into you until you start petting him again or worse, he just rolls on top of you.
