It's the Royal Crest of the Kingdom of Purrsia!
Yes, it's a Cat Face. But it's a majestic as fuck cat face.
A visual aid that I created because I had nothing better to do, while I was suffering a bit of writer's block. (More Accurately: I was itching to get this idea out of my head so badly that I stopped writing to make it.) Something quick and dirty that I whipped up (in like two hours) from various stock images and a bit of touch-up to make it less ugly (but not completely).
