Hand made in an old belt driven manual lathe this summer. Was a fun and exciting experience. It didnt turn out too bad. All the practice ive had with a steel lathe helped me do it without too much trouble...but the old machine has to be at least 30 years old and was build to be a replica of an appalachia hand cranked lathe.

heh thank you very much. Its a lot of work to start, but once you learn the basics (so long as you have patience) woodworking is actually quite simple and relaxing. If i had a modern wood lathe, this wouldnt have been very difficult to do, however, using a hand crank lathe, it was a bit more work XD
