You mean, regarding his outfit? It's just because it's his trainer outfit in almost all the "Pokémon themed" drawings I have of him, independently from the region he is! He's a guy from a urban environment so I thought giving him the Unova outfit was fitting (and it's probably my favorite design-wise, too)
