Well even thought things might not go as planned we ended up seeing Freddy getting punched in the belly, but hay at least he's full of fat cause other wise he would have gotten bruised right there from that fist, well at least he might not need a stunt double for that part anyway cause he can do the dangerous stuff. Now if you are concerned about him getting his bellybutton ring being stretched when that's happening, don't worry I'm sure Freddy took it off before they started shooting that shot so that he doesn't bleed.
