hear. These tieflings’ practice of telling habitual falsehoods
grants them a +4 racial bonus on Bluff checks to convince an
opponent that what they are saying is true when they tell a
lie. This racial trait replaces skilled.

Soul Seer: Rare tieflings have a peculiar sight
that allows them to see the state of a creature’s soul.
They can use deathwatch at will as spell-like ability. This
racial trait replaces the spell-like ability and fiendish
sorcery racial traits.

Buy stats with one being a 7, place that score in Wisdom (for a total Wisdom Score of 5 [ -3]

Rogue Class Archetype [Spy] and take the Weak-Willed Drawback Trait
for a total Starting Will Save of -4

This type of character build will generally always get the group into trouble, and as a Henchperson, they generally are the ones that while intelligent, they lack any imagination in how to think beyond the master's plan or adlib when on their own. Makes for a great Cohort that can give PC's some humorous foil and still be exotic
