great improvement! the muscle detail of the biceps when flexed are quite good in my opinion however Kyles forearm isn't showing much in terms of flexing. even when the bicep is flexed the muscles in the forearm also bulge out a little as well. some work ahead but good non the less *smirks* seems Kyle has been poking his nose in my more advanced books
