Some people choose to use an assault rifle, some people choose to use a sub-machine gun, some people choose to use a sniper rifle. Me? I use a fully automatic shotgun!
I managed to purchase Battlefield: Bad Company 2 back in July and have been playing the game avidly since.
Here we have my Border Collie fursona armed with a USAS 12 Automatic Shotgun and geared up in Bad Company 2 attire. I just love this gun so much. It's too damn fun! :P

Nice! The Medic class is my favourite as well. When not using the USAS 12, I'll go for the MG3 (I love the fire rate). People seem to treat you nicer when you have the ability to revive them!
I can't get the M1 Garand though because you have to have previously owned 2 Battlefield games, and I only have the original Battlefield 2. This makes me sad. I would use the M14 as a replacement for the M1 Garand, but it's terrible without a scope or dot sight.

I'm ALLLLL abut the iron sights and I think that the M1 and the PKM have the best sights of the guns I've unlocked so far
well I got the ultmate editon which came with battlefield 1943 (as well as the DLC maps, onslaught mode, and pre order ulocks)
why dont you download Battlefield Heroes?
its free and it counts towrdeds your Veteran score.

Btw I got 3 battlefield games, and this coment may be a little old but I'm sure glad to know they are other ppl who likes the combinated classes of both Support and medic class.
for me I'm always a LMG I loooove Machine guns, love to have firepower over than accuracy. I used M1 and Tompson too but got a little dissapointed with the M1 Garand cuz it's a very different gun than the one in BF 1943. While in 1943 I used 3 bullets always to kill an enemy on BFBC 2 I had to use more cuz lot of things changed and bullet drop and speed where tottally screwed and different.
But hey, Battlefied 3 is coming out soon!! I already got my preorder on list and played BETA, I'm all ready to win my M249 [Fav weapon] and start supporting my teamates. I wish u have your copy preordered too !!! :)

Before I started using the USAS, I would mainly use machine guns. Especially the MG3, just because that made me think back to the MG42 in CoD Waw. Ever since I found out I could get mid-range kills with a shotgun though, machine guns haven't seen much use. As of recently I've been having fun with the M95 sniper rifle.
I preordered BF3 for the PS3 about 2 months back. Can't wait. I'm going to the midnight release (and hopfully scoring some free stuff that they usually give in these releases).
I checked the weapons list for BF3 and they have an AA-12, so I'm likely to use that a lot.
