Another favorite outfit kink bingo. This is probably the most sfw one so far. Otto seems like the type of guy that would wear turtle necks a lot. I realized that the tentacles are coming from his back rather then his waist. And I didn't put the brace were the tentacles are connected. But I didn't wanna bother going back and fixing it.
