I've never done a cheesecake before, but it's one of my (and my family's) favorite desserts. I don't really trust random online recipes, so I got one from a friend. This was meant to be the test run before I made another for Thanksgiving, but the "experiment" honestly came out a lot better than I expected. No cracks, no collapsing. It has to chill overnight, so I can't give it the true taste-test until tomorrow, but I'm proud of the result thus far.
