yes dilhian is the the blue tat one, she is more of the mothering figure and is always loving to the young. she shows this best by trying to get pregnant as often as she can ( sister allowing ) and continue to raise all the young no matter how many pregnancies she has had. coarse that not to say that Sarhian does not like pregnancies or doesn't love the children, she more conservative with her affection and despite Dilhain pleas to be pregnant she likes to take a bit slower. They do have their differences but both make wonderful mothers

hmm that s a good question. I do believe though that since it is two heads and there is no dominating "head" that yes at first it is one half of the body belongs to the head on that side, but after time the two merge mental together and that they are are always in perfect unison. When these hydras are young though they rule their own sides so if one side is sleeping and the other is awake and wants to move - good luck - it takes many many years until they work together like one mind ~ due in part that is a female is giving birth a unison body is better suited for that. So normally when the race reaches sexual maturity the bodies by then are in sync with the "one" mind.

yes you can say that dilhian is more sexual - specially when pregnant. and Sarhian is just put off that her sister is wanting to engage in some activity so close to their youngs birth ( or egg laying haven't decided ), Sarhian also loves preg sex time when getting pregnant isn't the result of sex but she was just concerned that if they start they may start birthing while having sex and of course Dilhian was not listening ~ basically the first pic is them getting ready to have the young

Well I know in horses it's anywhere from 10 to 13 months...so gotta be waaay up there for dragons! right?

most dragons ( my dragons ) is it about 20-24 months though some have 9 month. The hydras are different, due to thier physiology a mother hydra carries her young gor about 80-100 years depending on the size of the pregnancy.
