The secondary effect of the card being Blitzed seems to be slightly cut off. It says that "by sending 3 cards that have a type that matches any of this card's types (must be 3 different types)." you would be able to summon it. But what are you sending the cards from and where are they going to? Is it shuffling three cards from your hand into your deck, three cards from your deck to your graveyard? Just something I felt like I should point out as it felt a little vague to me (as someone who's extensively played Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic: The Gathering).
