Standing at 5’7 and weighing 168 pounds, put your paws together for Lucas “Lightning Bolt” Baron!

Lucas’s story truly begins back when he was in high school. During his formative years, he was a bully, and an intimidating one at that. He began to graffiti buildings, drank while underage and got into “harmless” knife fights with his friends. He even entered his high school boxing club just so he could get away with hurting people without getting into trouble! That all changed when a certain mutt named Dennis LeBlanc became his next target. Attending the same school as him, Lucas began trying to antagonize his fellow Canadian with nothing to show for it. Each time the ginormous mixed-breed got insulted or hurt by the antagonistic pure-breed, Dennis simply didn’t register what was happening and got sympathy from the rest of his schoolmates. What started off as a single person to pick on quickly swelled into an obsession with besting the hapless mutt! Things came to a head when, in the heat of the moment, Lucas challenged Dennis to a boxing match after school! Later that day, he mentally prepared himself to leave the golden-furred loser a bloody smear on the floor! In front of a group of spectators, the muscular Doberman tapped his gloves with Dennis...Only to end up immediately knocked out by a single punch thrown by the ultra-strong dog. Thus began the rise of Dennis and the fall of Lucas. With such a humiliating defeat under his belt, the threat he once posed seemed to fizzle out. His fellow bullies began to bully him instead, none of his former victims were intimidated by him anymore and overall, his reputation was in tatters.

Cut to a couple years later and he’s changed a lot as an adult. Now an anti-social loner, Lucas became a big music lover, overly dependent on black coffee and became a major league boxer! He might still treat you like dirt in the ring, but he despises cheating and will do his best to play by the book! Despite his new outlook, Lucas still has a vendetta against Dennis and is eager to face him in the ring once more. And this time? It’s personal...


Hey. New OC time once again. This is someone who I have been wanting to have art of since I came up with him. A true rival for my other dog, Dennis! Lucas’s whole deal is that he’s stellar when it comes to strength, endurance, recovery and stamina but he doesn’t do well when unexpected things happen. Making him use a fighting style that isn’t boxing or even doing something unorthodox during a fight will throw him for a serious loop. Anyways, I seriously love how this turned out! I adore how the colours look and all the nice details that are on this piece.
