...Trying to make Hotch look skinnier... She still looks chunky to me.

Very well-done picture. I love the pose and expression; I imagine her sitting outside somewhere with the wind in her face.
As far as the skinny vs chunky thing goes...I like her how she is. I don't think she's super huge; I think her body is well-proportioned. Yes, she has slightly bigger thighs and a little larger stomach, but those two traits look nice together. She's not so skinny that she looks like she's going to snap in two if the wind blows, but she's not some sort of "fatty" either. Like I said, she's proportioned, which I think is very attractive. (I don't want to be rude in saying this, but consider the un-proportioned person/woman with very skinny legs but a large stomach)
It is, however, all a matter of opinion.

Wow thanks for all the input!
Thing is, I've lost a bit of weight recently, and it's kindof hard to change the way I'm familiar with drawing my character. I want her to be thinner, but yes, I still have a bit of a pot belly (beer belly??) and pretty thick thighs (but that's all muscle).
I want her to look more streamline like this http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4322617

Oooh, I see.
Well, congratulations on losing the weight that you wanted to lose, I'm currently working on that myself. I do understand your desire for a thinner character to reflect your own person, and I definitely respect the "practice makes perfect" ideal, so keep at it until you're comfortable.
For the record, I don't think Hotch here is any less streamlined than the Hotch in the link you provided. They all look good, and while I'm particularly drawn to this image, the way you draw her is up to you.
So keep on working at it and be happy with your results. =)
Also, I really can't believe this was done with just a ball-point pen, it's fantastic.

I could all day expressing my disgust of how today's society is so wrapped up in this "thin is in." Just because a woman has thicker thighs or large breasts or a belly or perhaps a bigger posterior they are labeled "plus sized" by the media and clothing industry and called fat by everybody else because they fit in a size 3 or something. But I will refrain from standing on my "soap box" suffice to say that I that ALL the figures I listed together or separate on a woman I find extremely sexy. Especially a belly, I find that incredibly sexy, all thanks to my wife who is a beautifully voluptuous woman! So please don't get worked up in the weight loss just because that's what something or someone else wants, do it for yourself, and congratulations on the weight you have lost, just don't lose to much.
