After Astroworld proves to be a disaster, the city of Houston decides to try a substitute festival, entitled "Furry Fever," with all furry performers, no humans, and features Furry Fury as the headliner act.

Chuong: I didn't know the WHO is now involved in studying cases of crowd crushes and helping governments to implement policies to prevent them.
Dalton: Back in the UK, people can carry huge banners during football derbies but that may change once the new fire codes come into effect; one of them is the ban on enormously sized banners.
Zax: And with integrated smart building technologies, governments are going to try to be quick in capping the number of visitors allowed in a city. Any city that hosts the Superbowl would place a quota on how many visitors are allowed in the city so it doesn't become a crowd fire hazard.
Chuong: I remember seeing a video of the Station Nightclub Fire. Do you Americans remember that? The club was poorly designed where when the pyrotechnics caused a fire, it made escape nearly impossible and it was crowded.
Zax: I remember that. Architecture and engineering schools in America often reference them in hopes that any new buildings made are designed in a way that allows for easy escape. But don't forget the Puerta 12 Tragedy from Argentina. That right there is an example of what happens if you do not enforce maximum occupancy laws. Sorry Leocadio, but it's important for the world to know why we Americans are extremely strict on fire codes and maximum occupancy laws, especially in our stadiums.

Leocadio: No, that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is all the people dying from tragedies like this. If your new codes will prevent crowd crushes, then my people need to start doing the same thing.
Cripto: I do remember the nightclub because I had complained all those people were at the club at the first place, when they should have been at home getting a good night's sleep. Back then nobody figured out I was high-functioning autism, though; everybody thought I was just a moron who wanted the spotlight all the time, and who came off as an extremist.
Ryo: So that explains why you once said Pokemon meant the end of the world as we knew it.
Cripto: Yes. Obviously, it didn't happen that way.
Leo: What do you think of the fire codes?
Cripto: Sometimes extreme measures have to be taken, so I support that.
