Let's see. The last dedicated gaming machine I owned was a Tandyvision One, a rebranded Mattel Intellivision. I worked at Radio Shack in the early 1980s and the store's roof collapsed under the load of snow. Little was actually soaked but the video games; the staff bought the entire stock for 10¢ on the dollar. The boxes were destroyed, but the units were vacuum sealed, and hey, I tested it earlier this year and it still works (after almost 40 years).

The game included in the package was Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, but it works with any Intellivision cartridge. I also have an original Magnavox Odyssey system I bought second hand (but not really used).

I can't remember what the last dedicated gaming machine was. I believe it was a deck of cards. By that I mean a deck of cards with four suits and Ace through King and two Jokers. Yeah, I'm a bit of a Luddite when it comes to playing games.
