Gliding Down the Bayou - Dixie Kong
As many of you may already know, Dixie Kong is one of my most favorite characters. I've drawn her a few times over the years, but today I wanted to try a more dynamic drawing of her adventures.
Set in one of my most favorite locations in DK Isle, Dixie is spinning her ponytail and bouncing her way through Krem Quay's bayou. The force of her ponytail lifts the fallen leaves and pushes the mucky water below into the air! And although it doesn't rain in this level of the game, I do love the rainy atmosphere where it does, so why not add it in too?
