A phone lockscreen to help me get back into lucid dreaming. It’s a reminder to do a reality check, which given how often I check my phone, should help me do them more often. A reality check, for the uninitiated, is something you do regularly during the day to check that you’re awake. Do it enough, and you can start reminding yourself to do it even in dreams, where you get a different result and can then know that you’re dreaming and become lucid.

One of my reality checks is to make fire in my hand. I also like to try to push my fingers through my opposing palm.
