Picture from the rear of my 2009 GT. This one is my daily driver. Added wheels, louvers, graphics and trim panel to the tail to achieve the look you see here, which was inspired by a Raven Black 69 Mach 1 I saw a few years ago.

Ebay is your friend.
The rear louvers were $600 I think because I got the aluminum ones DO NOT GET THE VINYL LOUVERS they look hideous and fade badly. >.> Installation was pretty easy, I did it one evening after work. You have to leave the mounting brackets in place for about a week to let the adhesive tape set before you can run with the louvers. The side pieces were Roush factory pieces pre-painted via one of the Roush suppliers from Ebay as well. I think it was $150-200 for the set. Installation on those were easy too since they provide a template for mounting.
