The act of consumption within the continent is considered illegal by law. But there are people that choose to do it anyway, even with the consequences in mind. But Calibs was no stranger to these acts, his whole life has been about doing shady jobs away from the watchful eyes of the law; though, those days are past him in his current age. Still wanting to keep ties with those he know, he went ahead and jumpstarted an underground bar for the folks who can't get enough of the act of consumption. His aim of course is not to compete with other established locations, he just looks to have place to relax and chat, allowing him to sleep easy knowing that any attention will pass him by when things begin to stir up. Meaning happy customers and a quiet atmosphere.
