When a dragon find a weapon of power, he generaly want to keep it... but rare are the items that allow a being without hands to weild them...
Luckily, Karth has a few tricks up his sleeves, been a monk. He learned to use his maw to weild weapons, and so is the case of this staff.
And it's not his fellowship of kobold who will say no to him weilding that prized possession.
