If I can offer some advice, clearing up some of the sketch lines will improve the look of your drawing a bit. I don't know what software you're using, but usually, you would draw the gesture of your drawing on one layer, the more finished contour on another, and then have a separate layer for coloring and a separate layer for shading. That should help prevent those extra black lines from showing up.
