Elias, he was drafted as a sidecharacter originally, to explore the worlds of sci fi in a tabletop campaign.
A brown to black draconic, who looks vaguely reminiscent of an eastern mythology dragon. Long and slender in his sophisticated form.
He advocated transhumanism with one mechanical eye to him, and was generally less moral.
