You better not lure these imps. True, unlike brownies, they do not need to be lured in complex ways - they themselves seek to settle in any unoccupied house. And it would be better for you to get amulets from them :D
Imps steal things and make themselves a den of blankets and clothes somewhere in the corner of the apartment. They will also drag all their spoils there - lunch you forgot on the table, jewelry left unattended, forbidden manuscripts from another dimension... ahem.
Imps will open portals in the mirrors. Portals leading to various places in the universe. If you can't get rid of your obsessive neighbor, you can take the opportunity and start exploring other worlds. There is a good side to everything, right?
