Skylark was Crystal's girlfriend until they broke up after realizing that Crystal wanted to rule over more than her own palace.
Skylark became Katy's counselor and chief soldier a few years after Katy found an abandoned castle in the middle of the forest.
Little did Katy know that Skylark is actually Katy's biological father since he and Crystal had an affair but were never married. Skylark didn't want to tell Katy that secret otherwise there may be chaos.
Skylark is also a fan of kung-fu since he's a master in karate.
