A Fake pokémon design scribbled by desktopbobcat in one of RubberRoss's Gartic streams. It's just a head, so I had to figure out the rest of its body-- and how it could actually use the sharp part on its head as a weapon. I think I know how ᴾᴋᴹɴ designers usually do this: take an animal, stick to a three/four-color scheme, and make sure every individual appendage is embellished with every color. Basically.
As for the latter question, um.... in hindsight, it could incapacitate you with a simple headbutt, but where's the fun in using an axe like a mere dagger?
