ok, ok, so a few days ago D-Tail came up with a funky idea about his fursona's clothing. I took up the challenge and dress'd him up, not knowing anything about his wardrobe.
So D this is a little gift for you as a token of my gratitude for your support :)

My goodness! If only I had checked my submissions sooner! (o.o)
THIS...I can't, I just can't...won't go without repaying you! 8<
See, here I go again with your knack for clothing aesthetics: I simply wouldn't have thought of having a different colored shirt collar, as well as on the sleeves, especially being a plaid shirt (which I like very much, mind you)! I see you felt the need to spice up the color scheme a bit more by adding in a smidgen of purple; in truth, I've always found that color to compliment my fursona.
And alternating button colors?--genius. (What?--you thought I wouldn't notice?) x3
I love the light blue jeans; I earnestly can't say I'd wear them with a knee-tear, but, it looks good all the same! Your rendition of fur is truly unique, and is definitely an aspect of your work that captivated me from the start! And throwing in my lovely little butterfly? You're just too kind, sir! =O
Just...thank you! I love it! \(T-T)/
Oh! Would you mind if I posted this in my gallery?--crediting you, of course. I've been meaning to spread your name throughout the FA community, actually; this here just gives me even more reason to do so! :D
*stills wants to repay you somehow* =(

ok first of all, i draw this to repay you =D
as said the clothing was improvise'd (same for the colours of your fursona, hope i didnt messed them up to hard >>')
ok, next, YES i was 100% sure noone will notice the buttons, and im really glad you did =)
and finally, sure its your picture you can do with it as you please =D im just glad you like it, with that my goal is achieved.

Well, that's true. It's just...I never once thought my commentary, though detailed, could weigh itself equally in an exchange for artwork--as grateful as I am for it. =(
As for the improvised attire: is it not impressive for me to be so ecstatic after your first attempt? Hehe, plaid was an excellent choice! As I said once before, to be able to just feel out an aspect of something from a glance is very noteworthy. I truthfully think the plaid compliments the literary aspect of me. ^^
Oh, as for the fursona coloration; I'd say you did pretty good. True, at first, I wasn't sure if the arms were grayish silver or not (as I thought for the muzzle), but, I just see it as an artistic adaptation. I really can't complain, Kraz. Besides, the clothes were really the most important thing here, right? :3
Hey now, it's me; I notice everything (mostly)! But seriously, the buttons were a nice aesthetic touch. =)
*whew*
Well, I shall end the transmission here, Kraz. Again, I am most appreciative of this surprise gift! The journal that I posted was the least I could do for you, and, it would seem, that a few of the people I know took note of it. I hope you accumulate many more viewers, my friend! \(^o^)/

its not about giving back the same amount, but showing that we care and support :)
oh and that silver! im still learning on that, its a way to shade white, i hate to leave white "emtpy" spots in the characters them selves.
hah viewers and comments, lots better than favs and page views, at the bare end its about opinions and new people you meet on sites like this that really give the high score :D

There be quite a bit of truth in your words here, Kraz. ^^
Ah, so that's silver gradation on the arms and muzzle then? That would explain a lot. Considering that your work is traditional, it's a reasonable and subtly effective method, I think. =D
High five, girl! (Yes, I read your recently erected profile, and...yes, I am sort of surprised. But hey, chalk up another for the talented female anthro artists, eh?) \(^o^)/

I would've noticed the buttons too but using the PS3 web brower on a standard def tv I couldn't, had to zoom in to see them DX. The color range changes when I use my PC it has an HD monitor so noticing small color differences is much easier, on the tv the buttons appeared more uniform with the color of his shirt. XD
