Here is my Sketchbook to practice on something more than just Digital works.
I have been working on digital art for so long I kept trying to pinch my canvas at times, it was weird.
Also no UNDO button is scary and my hand isn't too steady with no digital stabilizer.
These two pages are done with a Sharpie Marker, I was curious.

Thank you hon, it has been quite the adventure!
I found telling the nursing staff tons of really bad dad jokes helped maintain most of my sanity... Some examples being..
@ You have seen a chicken coop before, yes? Did you ever wonder why they only have two doors?
(Because if they had four doors, they wood be a Sedan!)
@ Did you ever wonder when a Joke becomes a "Dad Joke" ?
(When it becomes apparent!)
@ Did you ever ask why ducks have feathers?
(To cover their butt quacks)
@ What do you call Bears without ears?
( "B")
@ What is red and bad for your teeth?
( A Brick!)
My beloved managed to send me a couple of composition books and mechanical pencils allowing me to write, as I don't watch TV (even in the hospital) I was able to hammer out between 15-18 chapters of a novel I was working on before I ended up in the hospital. All well and good, but... Ever try and edit A document written in *"DTF"* (That would be known as Dead Tree Format.) I filled both sides of the one inch margins with edits! As for moving text blocks, fa getta bout it! Nope, ain't happening. Talk about adding agrivation.
As you know there is no such thing as " quiet time in a hospital. It is always 2pm 24/7 which is why it is impossible to get any rest. I got the lucky room to be one floor below the helepad on the roof! That was exciting, heh. Considering for the first month they had me on IV antibiotics and morphine drip, and a catheter!
One thing I learned about morphine, the "side effect" is intense nausea! =Joy!= so they tried to give me something "for nausea" it worked! Between three and five minutes later I blasted out almost a later of sea green bile! (Did I mention I wasn't allowed anything but clear liquids?) What an adventure! Hehehe.
There is far more to this adventure, like nephrology! I causally commented to one of the consulting nephrologists that it sounded like a department that was located in some dark donor of the basement with candles and instance smoke. With everyone running around in dark hooded robes consulting ancient occult books and arcane scrolls or something.the gal burst out laughing. She turned out to be the head of the department! Fun times
