
It had been 3 weeks since Daze began practicing his new workout routine. Instead of doing his usual 5AM jog around the neighborhood before frying a couple eggs with toast before heading straight to work, he woke up, made himself 5 eggs and 8 bacon strips with a glass of banana-flavored protein shake, then did a round of bench-presses, made another large breakfast with the same amount of ingredients, did the same amount of presses along with squats, then cleaned up for work.
While it did feel really strange bulking up like this at first, the tall wolf was slowly but surely getting used to it. Being able to eat more than 4000 calories a day and pushing 5000 the following week, then 6000 the next, this was starting to feel like second nature to him. His strength had become greater than he’d ever realized, as he was able to now pick up weights that now outmatched his own.
On his first day he’d only managed to pick up around 300 lbs, but that number increased to 350 the following two weeks. Then 400 the third week.
And this was not the only change. His frame was not as toned as before, because while his body had grown more powerful with leaner muscle, it was also not as shapely or ripped. His new diet had helped him put on a generous amount of solid, jelly-like fat that formed around his lower-half, making his waistline bulk out a bit. His six-pack was still growing and intact but it was no longer visible, as he’d formed a nice rounded gut which protruded past his pecs. His perfectly sculpted buttocks had widened out a few inches more which gave his body a slightly curvier look overall.
He’d gained a hefty 80 lbs from his efforts, his overall body weight now at 290. But this did not worry Daze, as more than half of it came from his growing muscle mass and the excess body fat that came with worked to his advantage. His new gut was almost solid as a rock, which helped him lift up bigger weights since most of his strength was from his back. But no more.
Daze was growing more confident in himself as his performance had officially peaked, that the only thing he could was see just how much he could push it further…
