Exactly what the title says.
I'm pretty sure line art doesn't require any explainations, but here's a few things you might want to know about everything else:

Flat Colors: Nothing much to say here. I always shade the eyes, unless specified otherwise.

Quick Shading: The way I usually shade my chibis. The light source is always the same, it's just to add some depth to the picture.

Cell Shading: The light source vary from picture to picture, give more depth then the quick shading and a sharper look then the full shading.

Full Shading: Add even more depth and details. Takes much more time then the others options to finish, don't choose this one if you're in a hurry XD
