Okay, so this is why I posted that silly mock up I made - because I commissioned the amazing Audreycosmo13 to make it amazing! :D What a freaking dream, guys. :') If you've not had the pleasure of checking out Audrey's amazing art and specifically her comics, please treat yourself to perusing them in her gallery- they always put a smile on my face. :3 And I've always wanted one for myself. Fortunately for me, she allowed me to commission her for just such a thing. :D

So on to the content of the comic- I will often get notes or comments asking where I am, or why I'm not around as much as I once was. This comic is just a fun response to that. :) The pure truth is just that I've got a lot of responsibilities and activities that eat up my time- which leaves very little for online time. I've been rearranging some things of late and been able to be around a little more, and I hope that that continues, because in doing so, I've rediscovered my love for the community.

I absolutely love my job - I'm an Executive Assistant, and work directly for some top level folks in a Naval logistics command. :D I can't imagine doing anything else.
My family is wonderful- it takes work, but it's worth it. I have the coolest 6 year old and an amazing husband that I get to learn and grow with.
We all do Tang Soo Do together- it is a Korean martial art, and it's been SO good for us! We're learning a lot and it's excellent exercise. :3
I've discovered jewelry beading and LOVE it! It's such a cool creative outlet - I might start posting some of those up here. :)
And then of course, there's a dash of art. ;p I love Audrey's expression in that panel and the crude drawing of Red - and of course Red peaking up from the corner to witness. xp
