While I think she's looking at 'us' and talking to 'us' her eyes kinda look like she's talking to someone behind her ... someone small, like a rodent or insect, who tapped/tickled the sole of her foot. It's probably just me.

SFW and absent of tickling though it may be, this is probably one of my favorite things you've drawn. That outfit is a surprisingly natural fit for Isabelle. Everything here is just perfectly adorable.
