Just got some more toon characters from thebrokeartist. This here is Ms. Lula Fishlips, she's a flirty toon fish who lives in the open ocean, where she waits for some unsuspecting man to venture out into the water, be it a surfer, diver or even a fisherman. Then, she approaches them and tries to sweet talk them, followed by unleashing some kisses upon her intended love interest.

Toon Rex, whom was out on the ocean at one point in a small boat happened to be within her range when she was out swimming at one point. Becoming instantly smitten by the dino, Lula has since been "hooked" on showering him with her love and kisses.
